RATES ARE FOR UP TO TWO ADULTS (18+) PER SITE/CABIN AND ANY CHILDREN 17 & UNDER

Peak Season: June 16th to September 3rd
(Also includes Memorial Day Weekend & Columbus Day Weekend)

** Sunday May 28th, Sunday July 2nd, Monday July 3rd, Sunday September 3rd, and Sunday October 8th are priced the FRI & SAT Night cabin rental rate.
Weekly rates during these times may be slightly different than above as well.

MONTHLY RATES FOR WATER/ELECTRIC SITES ***

$625 per month for May, June, September & October
$750 per month for July & August
***(Extra charges for Pull-Thru, Waterfront, or Sewer sites)

RV STORAGE RATES

$5 per night
$30 per week
$100 per month
($10 per night to store it on a campsite)

Winter Storage, October - April:  $200

GUEST FEES / EXTRA ADULTS

DAY PASS: $5.00 PER ADULT (18+)- VALID 8AM - 10PM.
GUESTS MUST LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND NO LATER THAN 10 PM

OVERNIGHT PASS: $10.00 PER NIGHT PER EXTRA ADULT (OVER 2 PER SITE OR CABIN).
NOT TO EXCEED TWO ADULT GUESTS PER SITE, FOUR ADULT GUESTS PER CABIN.
(MAXIMUM FOUR ADULTS TOTAL PER SITE. SIX ADULTS PER CABIN.)

PET FEES
 
Campsites: Free
Cabins without kitchen/bathroom: $10 per stay
Cabins with kitchen/bathroom: $10 per night (max $30 a week)
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OR AROUND CERTAIN CABINS OR IN ANY RENTAL TRAILERS.
(Please inform us of any pets that will be with you when booking and checking in)

ELECTRIC HEATERS AND WINDOW A/C UNITS ARE PROHIBITED

  Our cancellation policy: With 14 days or more notice before your arrival date, cancelling your reservation entitles you to a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or shorten your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, we will try to rent the site/cabin to another camper for the affected dates. If we are able to do so you will be responsible for only a 10% cancellation fee, but if we are not able to rent the site/cabin you will be responsible for the full price of any dates of your original reservation during which the site/cabin remains vacant (minimum 10% of the original stay).
